Customer satisfaction.

I want you to be a happy customer. Customers purchasing original art pieces have two weeks upon receipt to return undamaged paintings for a full refund, less any shipping charges. If you are an unhappy customer, email Traci using the Let Me Hear From You Form on the About Traci page.

Use the REPRODUCTION PORTAL to Pictorem’s see the artwork on various wall application. Please remember to review the actual size of original canvas pieces to get the appropriate scale.

Shipping.

Shipping original artwork can be costly and complicated. To ensure each piece arrives safely to your door, UPS packages and ships your purchases and you pay the shipping costs. For small and medium paintings (40” and less) shipping costs range from $6 to $25 depending upon location. Should the expense be greater than $25, you will be notified prior to shipping.

Large canvas paintings cannot be shipped and are only sold to customers in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and East-Texas, where personal delivery is offered. If you purchase a piece that cannot be shipped, you will receive a complete refund.

Reproductions.
